On Saturday, the MPBA group had a very sentimental farewell potluck party for Wing Yew, who is a dedicated volunteer for many years. Food was great as always, I cooked kam heong prawns, learned from Chef Peter Pang on Youtube!

Then on Sunday, I got to try some of Martin Yan’s China cookbook recipe… made a feast! Steam fish with black bean sauce, steam tofu, chicken soup, stir fry kangkung and kam heong prawns (from potluck the day before!) We had a dear friend over, Joshua, President of MPBA. Champagne courtesy of Josh. The weekend went by quick as lightning

back in KL, you only cooked maggie mee and fried egg. Sometimes egg also dont want to fry cuz you’re afraid of the splattering oil, and you took the pan cover to protect yourself, and the spatula is your sword hehehe
one’s true talent will reveal when they have their own kitchen. I’m still waiting for my kitchen, and i know who is going to be the guinea pigg
hehe yea cos that time cooking for myself, now cooking for somebody else also
when you have ur own kitchen, you’ll be so tired cos u’ll clean and clean and arrange stuff and clean and clean… never ending kakaka
Haha … and sooner you will give up of cleaning and arranging and cooking … like me now, almost more than 6 months didnt cook at home except maggi mee … and it’s not me who coook … and my oven also went into museum mode edi ….
